Ceramic Tile Service
When product was delivered to a separate warehouse, the personnel at Foley's did not contact me. I called a few days later to inquire about delivery and was informed that the shipment had been received at the warehouse. When I picked up tile, one box of the ten purchased was damaged. I returned it to Foley's and after they checked with the manufacturer in Kansas City, they said it would be replaced and that I need not call them as I had done earlier, but they would contact me. After the installation of the tile I had on hand it turned out that the last box was not actually needed. However, when I called Foley's in mid January of 2010 they claimed that the replacement box of tile had been delivered one day after they informed me of the manufacturer's replacement guarantee. They stated they had left a message on my answering machine to that effect, but they had not.

Ceramic Tile Service
The company measured the area to be tiled, ordered the ceramic tile I chose, and scheduled the installation. My tile was installed by Antonio, with assistance from two of his brothers. They did a nice job laying the tile and cleaned up the resulting mess afterwards.
