Never came back to fix issuse with soffit and warped facial. No flashing and did not level one side of house siding as agreed to with John Potts (owner) prior to work on that side of house. I contacted Keri Potts on 5/1/2013 10:17 am about issues and then via mail and more phone calls for follow up. Contacted Attorney General of Missouri to complete a complaint on company. Kerrie and John Potts never responded to me or the Attorney General of Missouri to complaint.

We got to take home sample colors so we could pick exactly what we wanted. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. It took three separate days to complete, but each group of guys that worked did a great job. A few pieces of metal and screws were found after they left, but that's to be expected. It looks very good and we haven't had any leaking problems since completion of the job. We felt they worked very hard to do a good job and appreciated this attention to details and to be sure we were happy with their work. We hope to use them again in the future!

They poured 8 piers for columns and then built the sunroom stick and board from scratch. My wife wanted car siding on the inside and she wanted to stain it herself. Window Depot was very flexible and responsive about scheduling the installation of the siding with the progress of my wife doing the staining. We have had the room now for a few weeks in 100+ temperature and we are amazed at how the triple pain glass insulates the room and the main wall faces south Window Depot did an amazing job! My wife and I could not be happier.

They finished the job in 2 weeks. They got in there and got the roof off and new one put on by Friday. (About 30 feet wide and 90 feet long). They worked section by section to make sure everything was even. (putting up trusses up as they went along). They cleaned up well and cleaned up after themselves also. Their price was competitive.

Had to have gutters installed on my garage before closing. They beat my dead line by about a week. I also had them put the "Gutter Pro" on. Love the service, work and professionalism! Next are the windows and gutters on the rest of the house (just gutter pro on some)! They also do roofing and am going to have them do my metal roofing when the time comes. Great company to do business with! The day they guy started on the gutters a bad storm came through and he had to stop and put gutters on the side of the house and weighted them down. Just glad nothing happened to him! Came back out the next day and completed the job. They look great. Can't wait to do the rest of the house! :)
