Capitol Improvements

This contractor was the only one that I contacted that would actually give me an estimate instead of just asking how much I wanted to spend. Thought I'd gotten lucky. The job was supposed to be "substantially completed" in six weeks, however, it was over 15 weeks later before I had electricity and running water. I had to relinquish my apartment because it had been rented by someone else, or I probably wouldn't have had that. Two days after I moved in, this contractor came by to pick up a grinder he had left in the basement and I never saw him again. Wouldn't return phone calls or answer texts. He left several projects undone and numerous others that were supposed to be re-done. The masonry work that was done on the back of the house looks like an eight year old did it. (no offense intended to any eight year olds out there) This man lived right down the street from me!
