They were able to correspond via email as opposed to numerous phone calls and appointments. Did not try to sell me a loan that was not beneficial to me and my needs.

The overall process went as smoothly as is expected in today's market. They found us a good loan with a great rate and handled almost all of the paperwork. We bought from a For Sale By Owner person, no real estate agent involved. Brandon and Jessica kept us in the loop, talked with the homeowner whenever it was needed, and provide great service! From start to finish we knew where the loan was at, where the paperwork was at, and what we needed to do to keep the process going. I recommend this provider for sure!
