 + -1 moreThey are the worse ever run away They charged us 900.00 for surveys of our property then td us that they needed another 2200.00 for another survey SoI told them we were not putting out anymore money for surveys I mean I was asking for 70000 and my home is worth 157000.00 If I knew they were going to charge for all these surveys I could have put that money on the bills that were going to get paid with the left over loan money Lots of hidden fees

 + -1 moreThey were able to correspond via email as opposed to numerous phone calls and appointments. Did not try to sell me a loan that was not beneficial to me and my needs.
Description of Work: Capital Mortgage Solution provided me with numerous options for refinance. They were very attentative, always responded promptly and took the time to follow up. Great company with great employees.

 + -1 moreThe overall process went as smoothly as is expected in today's market. They found us a good loan with a great rate and handled almost all of the paperwork. We bought from a For Sale By Owner person, no real estate agent involved. Brandon and Jessica kept us in the loop, talked with the homeowner whenever it was needed, and provide great service! From start to finish we knew where the loan was at, where the paperwork was at, and what we needed to do to keep the process going. I recommend this provider for sure!
Description of Work: Capitol Mortgage Solutions offers some of the best mortgage tools available on the Internet with easy, convenient, online shopping for the best loan programs and most current rates available. Along with the assistance of an experienced loan officer we were able to move through the difficult and confusing process of choosing and getting the exact loan to meet our specific needs. Brandon and Jessica provided amazing service and were always there when we had questions. Even after hours and on weekends on a few occasions. We purchased a home in a small town with a USDA loan. The house was a For Sale By Owner.
