My wife and I hired Win Harrison to install new soffit, fascia, guttering, and downspouts on our home. The soffit work was meticulously installed by three employees who work for Mr. Harrison. When Mr. Harrison personally appeared to add fascia and guttering the attention to detail and quality of workmanship slipped. The edging of soffit meeting the fascia does not lay flat along the bottom edge of the facial and large gaps allow mud wasps to build nests. Worse, the guttering sags very low on the Northwest side of the home and water overflows over the gutter along this corner of the house. These problems were noticed brought to Mr. Harrison's attention before final payment was made. Mr. Harrison promised he would take care of the issues so I made final payment in full. It has been nearly a year and we have contacted Mr. Harrison three times regarding the issue. The defects remain unresolved. Do not pay this contractor in full if there are unresolved issues!
