I had received an earlier bid from another contractor which was approx. 3 times Jim's bid. the other contractor took over 3 months to get me a bid and wouldn't give me a hard start date.
Jim gave me an estimate within 2 days of my initial call, made the commitment to be here the week of 3/19/12 and came that week. The job was completed in a few hours. His crew left the house clean.
When I asked what i owed, he said it was less than his estimate. I insisted on paying him the estimated about because I was so pleased with his work and honesty. I will contact him for additional jobs.
