They were very prompt, showing up during the timeframe quoted. They took a look and asked if we had done anything different than our usual. It turns out that the difficulty was from using a new type of furnace filter. Our machine was very old and we had decided to use a more dense filter to get rid of more dust from the air. Unfortunately, the furnace couldn't push air hard enough to get it through the filter we had tried..... so it was overworking to get the air cooled. They were very professional, and since they didn't do anything more than look and ask a question, they didn't charge us. We are definitely going to call them when we have trouble again.

Air conditioning went out at 3:30 pm. Contacted one company who told me a technician would call. Never heard from that company, so contacted these guys. Despite it begin almost 5 pm on a Sunday, the technician agreed to come out and look at the air conditioning. He arrived within one hour and had the unit fixed within 15 minutes. He was very friendly considering how late it was and that it was Sunday. Very happy with the work they did and the fact that they actually honored the 24 hour emergency repair stated in their ad. I would recommend them.

They were very prompt considering it was the summer and the air conditioner was out. We just had to wait for a few days before they came. They couldn't come out the day we called by any means, but it was only just 2 to 3 days before we had them out here and had our air conditioning replaced. It was a very nice experience considering how busy they are in the summer. Overall, we were satisfied with everything. We can't think of anything that stood out for us to lower a particular grade. They come out the next day after we call them for maintenance service. As far as we know, they don't have any problem doing that. We would use them again in the future.

I called Bemboom Heating and Cooling to come out and check my air conditioning before the heat really gets here. The Service Technician was very polite and professional. He actually explained what he was doing and why. Bemboom Heating and Cooling will be the only company to service and repair my equipment. Very professional and the bill wasn't a big surprise like the other contractors.
