The renovations went perfectly. They came in on budget and finished the job in the time frame budgeted. We would highly recommend Allen and his team.

Quotes for all from others were 2 to 3 times the cost that they completed the work for. The stairs and fence are quality. I could not be happier with the drainage. The others wanted to do things to my yard that would have made the property hard to sell. They did what I wanted, how I wanted and were pleasant to deal with.

4 week job lasted 9 weeks and still wasn't finished per contract.(laundry enclave, additional lighting in unfinished portion). I fired him when he asked for $1225.00 more dollars. The lack of communication really p***** me off.(no updates on when finished, very few questions asked. My favorite part of this ordeal was at the first few days when the whole crew was working. So much work was accomplished. It slowly went down hill after that. The finished portion of the basement is beautiful albeit expensive though.

Allen did a great job. Everything was done as expected and on time. The crew stayed late on the 2nd day to finish the job because they didn't know when the job was scheduled that they would need to do extra concrete work. They were punctual and professional

Allen told us that due to the age of the linoleum that some of the sub-floor could come up, and it did. It didn't cost extra because he had included that in the estimate. He actually gave us two estimates - with and without a new/repaired sub-floor. First he removed the vanity, toilet and trim, he then replaced all of the sub-floor, put down a membrane to protect the sub-floor and installed the tile then the vanity, toilet and trim and removed the debris. He listened and explained what he felt it would take to accomplish the job and he brings up what negative aspects you might come across (as in the lino sticking to the old sub floor) and what the costs could be if that happens. I found him to be very professional and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Over the period of two days, Allen pulled up our old (ugly and worn) bathroom floor and replaced the flooring and tiled. He did it right, too. He removed the vanity and toilet and the baseboards, then he put down the new surface and tile and replaced everything. It is now beautiful! I have never had a contractor that was so easy to work with and did such a fine job. He also cleaned up the mess and removed it. So glad I found Allen and we will use him again.
