We supply every prospective customer with as many references as needed to ensure the best possible decision is made about our company and workmanship. When you CALL ALL DRY for your estimate for basement waterproofing and foundation repair, we will perform a multi-point inspection of your foundation, answer any questions you may have about your specific issues and review our professional solution options thoroughly with you. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide the most minimally invasive, budget friendly, permanent solution possible for our clients. We do not use a trained "sales" team! You will be visited by a partner who personally visits every home. He will diagnose your specific issue and only recommend what you need to solve the problem. We are confident in our services and value, therefore we will leave you a written copy of our inspection report along with your project quote with no obligation (free of charge for homeowners). “CALL ALL DRY TODAY!” to learn more about our company and whether we are a good fit for your specific needs and ideas. The replacement patch looks TERRIBLE!. There is epoxy oozing down the foundation wall and what clearly appears to be an obvious hole that looks as though water could easily pass though.
We have not had the rain to see if this new patch works, but will be watching it closely to see if it does leak.
When I called All-Dry to discuss my dissatisfaction, I was told that it is typical when they use that much epoxy it tends to run. I was asked if it was water tight and told that was really all that matters.
Regardless of the waterproofing, the job still looks terribly ugly and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to do this work.
