But here's something special - We get very high winds where I live on a hill top in Cameron Missouri. Showalter uses very good materials and warrants the roof for three years. About three and a half years after the installation, one of those high winds peeled a section of a hip ridge off the roof. I called him and told him I knew it was out of warranty, but I wanted him to do the repairs. He was happy to replace the shingles on the ridge and did so at no charge. He also re-attached a piece of siding that had blown off in the same storm.
I'd use this company any time and am happy to recommend them. The roof still looks and performs great after five years.

It was mostly positive. There were few things that I had to call them back on. There is one thing he still needs to come back and fix, he is supposed to do that this spring. If he takes care of that, I will be satisfied.
