Shawnee Square Car Wash

I called the number and she offered to run the car through again, she stated the wand doesn't go on the front or back, it only goes up and down the sides on that lane. I asked why there wasn't a sign that said this lane will not wash the front or back of my vehicle. She stated to come back and I said I was on my way, and she said she wasn't there. I said how about 2PM and she said OK. I came back and I noticed that she gave me the $7 wash instead of the $8 I originally paid for. The dryer doesn't work, when the high pressure blower comes on, there is still water dripping all over the car. The woman stated that leak has been going on for a long time. I timed it, and it was 45 seconds for my "re wash" and there was no soap coming out, it was just water.
