Mr Sam Horowitz, store manager & his staff made the selection process easy and also they assisted when we had to 'replace' some of the switch plates that we selected. We had an excellent experience .. The Tile Shop has the best selection and variety of products to improve your kitchen, bathrooms etc. Check out their website .. you won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish when purchasing tile at the Tile Shop. Katie, a very knowledgeable member of the sales staff, showed me the many possibilities in matching my countertop sample. After a selection was made, she made the process of ordering very simple, explaining delivery dates and return policies. When more tile was needed because of a change in plans, Katie handled this in an efficient manner. My kitchen is now finished, and the tile selected really adds to the beauty of the kitchen. I would highly recommend the Tile Shop when tile is needed for any project.

Josh Van Dorn, the Noland Road Store Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available from the Tile Shop. He also has practical experience as a former tile setter and design experience as part of the shop’s in-house training. We had previously selected accent tiles from Daltile but the tiles from the Tile Shop were a much better match for our new granite countertops. After showing him our preliminary tile design, he suggested we add pencil boarders to highlight the accent tiles in the middle of our back splash design. As such, we are now very pleased with our back splash tiles. What we like best about the Tile Shop is their return policy where we can take back any unused tiles. By having more tiles than absolutely needed, we were able to select those that best matched our granite counter tops. Another nice feature of the Tile Shop is the ability to query inventory at other area stores which allows quick delivery of additional tiles if needed.

The staff at the Tile Shop helped us pick out tile and made sure we got all that we needed when we needed it. They were great to work with. They were not involved in the installation of the tile.
