If you need termite protection, call The Bug Man. The customer service was great! And the savings alone compared to Terminix makes them a no brainer.

They were very quick and affordable. They did the exact same thing that I had quoted from the big companies for less than half the price of those quotes. I would definitely recommend them for any termite problems.

Jerry called the day before my appointment and asked to reschedule because his son was sick and he had to be taken to the doctor. We rescheduled for the next day. Never had an infestation of bugs, but I knew my neighbors had bugs. I can not believe that he was just going to spray one floor of my 3-story home. My husband had to tell him to spray the whole house. We know, it would have been a waste just to do one floor, who is the professional? We will not be using The Bug Man again. Just because we live in the inner city do not mean we live with roaches. Do not do it.

The priority for this job is getting rid of the bugs and making sure they do not come back. Of course, only time will tell, so in a way, this rating is not fair. Everything about their service is only average. I was really hoping it would be excellent. He was 15 minutes late, not dressed professionally, not communicative. I also do not like to rate any of these issues because some of that may be personality. If I do not see any bugs then I would give him an excellent rating.

The Bug Man was able to send a crew out within a few days and treat termites in our basement. The crew was punctual and the bid was fair.

I hired the Bug Man, LLC company to help with ants treatment and the service costs us $99. After they missed the first appointment (no show) they called and rescheduled for the next day. I accepted the offer and had them come out for inspection and treatment. I wasn't home at the time, so my wife shows them the areas around the house that been infected with ants. She said they spent around 15 minutes spraying the chemicals partial of the house. It worked for the first 4-5 days or so. Now, the house is pretty much back to what it was before. Tried to contact them but unsuccessful. So, 'NO' I would not recommend this company to family or friends.

Jeff was a genuinely nice man. I've hired him to come back and treat my home for bugs in general.

While the first recommended company did not even bother to come and do the requested job, The Bug Man was able to come on the Saturday of a Holiday weekend and do exactly what we needed. We had an emergency situation where we needed pest control for cockroaches before a move and they were wonderful to not only spray the apartment that we moved out of but the apartment we were moving into as well for a very reasonable fee. Wonderful customer service and flexibility of timing.
