The pear tree was originally $32.99, it was on high price originally. They gave me a 10% discount because the more discounts you receive. This is due to their reward program. There is never a long line. This is the "Mom and Pop" Cooperation. He is the number 1 guy. It is actually a real lumber yard, and not a fake one. I would always rather go here than going to Home Depot or Lowes.
