Steve & Friends Landscaping

Although we had many rainy days, Steve and his crew were able to dig out the old concrete and lay a bed for the new patio. The old landscaping timbers which surrounded the flower beds were removed at the same time. We consulted on the type of stones that we wanted and were given a verbal estimate of the cost. There was no written contract, just a maximum dollar amont for the work that was specified. I prepared a written list of the tasks that I want to see done and presented it to Steve. At that time we agreed of a maximum dollar amount. Over the course of two weeks(we have many days of rain during this time) Steve and his crew finished the job. The completed work is beautiful and is a testiment to to skill and experience that they bring to the job. He was easy to contact and did not mind answering questions and taking suggestions during the course of the work. You have to be a little patient with the timing of the job because he has several jobs going at the same time and the weather is not always cooperative. Sometimes he will not show up on a particular day that you expected him, but it is always for a good reason. He doesn't seem to mind being bugged about when he is gong to show up.
