Home Building
THEY SAY THEY HAVE WARRANTY BUT ONLY FIXED ABOUT 50% OF THE STUFF. THE 50% FIXED WAS THE CHEAP STUFF. THE ONE PART OF THE SUB FLOOR HAS RISEN UP AND WOOD FLOOR IS CRACKING. (PROBABLY FOUNDATION WASN'T DONE RIGHT) ELECTRIC OUTLET TO SUMP PUMP WAS NEVER WIRED, SO BASEMENT FLOODED BECAUSE NO ELECTRICITY TO THE PUMP. THIS WAS FIXED. THEY CHANGED THE TITLE COMPANY AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY AGREED TO DO CERTAIN THINGS BUT THEN LATER SAID THEY NEVER AGREED TO THESE CHANGES AND SAID OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT MADE THIS UP. THE SIDEWALK COLLAPSED AND THEY WOULDN'T FIX THIS. DRYWALL WASN'T FIXED. GARAGE ROOF LEAKED (FIXED). LOTS OF COLD AIR COMES IN AROUND WINDOWS. THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
