Excellent in all ways.   Josh, the owner, is very personable, helpful, and responsive.   He gave an estimate over the phone using satellite imagery to determine the size of the work.   Even though the original estimate did not include the front stoop and removal of rust, we were charged the same price as the estimate.  Josh sent his team to our home in two days.  He said they would show up a little before noon; they were on time.   The team of Andrew and Randall did a very thorough job, removing very old dirt and spinkler-induced mineral stains, as well as rust stains.   The concrete looks brand new.   They first pressure sprayed the concrete with a solution, including a special solution to remove the rust stains.   They then followed up with a polisher/buffer-like rotating brush to scrub the surface.  Last step was to wash the surface down.  They did not waste time and were very courteous.  I would highly recommend them.  We will use them for future pressure washing tasks.

I originally purchased a "Living Social" deal for his services that included only 2000 sq ft of area. Since our exterior is substantially over 2000 sq ft, I intended to use him for only the most difficult areas but he did the entire house, saying the siding was not difficult.  He even cleaned the basketball backboard out on the drive. He was a pleasant guy and very easy to work with.  He also gave me tips on attachments for my own power washer and solutions to use if I chose to do it on my own in the future.
