I worked directly with Jerry the owner the whole way through for quoting, scheduling and istallation.  He was great, and I will say I prefer working with smaller companies like this as they have a much more vested interest in the work.  Plus, when you hire the big guys you are paying for their pretty van and giant warehouse.  Their quote was $2k to $4k less than I had been quoted by some of the big HVAC companies in town.  They promptly provided a quote, answered any questions that I had.  Then when the work was scheduled, they showed up on time and did the entire job in one day.  The crew that came out was Jerry, his son and one hired man.  They were all very professional and easy to talk to.  Took the time to do everything right.  An example being there was a lack of back fill under my old condenser unit, they brought this too my attention and we got some dirt in there and filled the settled portion properly.  Not all contractors would bother bringing this to your attention as they want to get in, do the work and get paid.  I'd absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.
