I have a service contract. The workers were fine. It took a half hour to complete. There was just one worker. The area was clean and they were responsive.

They did a great job, but they just charged too much. I felt I could've spent a few hundred dollars more and purchased a new machine. After they replaced the tub, it rusted again and we just bought another machine.

Lawn Tool Repair
When I took my lawn mower to Sears, I told the person receiving all the things that was wrong with my lawn mower, but he only wrote down one thing that was wrong with it. Then I talked to somebody and told them on the phone what was wrong with it, but they didn't expand the list. When I went to pick it up, which has about five weeks later, they still hadn’t fix my lawn mower. At that point, I asked what else they could do for me and what they could do was sell me a new lawn mower for half the retail, but I had already paid $50 for them to look at my old lawn mower, so it costs half the retail plus $50, so I have a new lawn mower. It’s not as good as my old one started out, but it’s workable. They were undependable. From the time I dropped it off, they called me and I was outside and they were supposed to call me back in 10 minutes, I came in, they called me back in 10 days and then I got a phone call saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and then they couldn’t find it. I went back two weeks later and that’s when I found that it hadn’t been really fixed.

They were professional and did a good job. We got a really good deal and the refrigerator, the microwave, and the stove are so far so good, but we had to have the dishwasher repaired twice.

All I needed was a part for my dishwasher so I went up to the store to get it. They didn't have it in stock so the gentleman helping me took me to the website to search. He then convinced me to buy a part that he knew was not right.

They are pretty good and the optometrist is very good. The only drawback would be their keeping track of everything; sometimes it's a little rough.
