Kevin quoted the project.  He was very professional and an expert on how/where to install cameras.  They scheduled the install about 10 days after the quote and completed the project over a few days.  It works as described.  In fact we had a security incident on the last day they installed the cameras and we were able to search the footage and use the higher end camera to zoom in on the license plate of the individual perpetrator and emailed the evidence to the police.  The perpetrator was arrested the next week.

I have been using my security system for almost 2 months now and feel that I have had it long enough to write a review. Setting the appointment for the consultation was quick and easy and the consultant was right on time. Communication prior to the appointment and after the sale was fantastic! After the installation I received thorough training on how to operate my system and it has functioned flawlessly since the install. The installation was fast and there was no mess to clean up. The wireless transmitters are barely noticed and blend in well with the doors and windows. We have contacted the monitoring station several times to test the system and it works great...the people there are super nice to talk with and very helpful with any technical questions. My wife accidentally opened a door with the alarm set and we quickly got a call from the monitoring station to verify if it was an actual alarm...she gave them her name and the security code and that was all there was to it....the police were not contacted but we felt very secure knowing how fast the response time would have been had it been an actual burglary, fire or medical emergency. The amazing thing to me is that the equipment is free...we only pay a small monthly monitoring fee (about $38.00) and that gives us tremendous peace of mind!!!  And the equipment is covered so if there ever need be a service call to repair or replace anything then that would be at no extra cost to us. WOW...I can only say A+++++++++++++ about this excellent company!!!!!!!!!

It was one of the best jobs and they did the nicest job of anybody. They were clean and when they left you never knew they were there and when they were there you never knew they were there. I would make sure that Kevin Sharig was there, he is the owner and a real pro.

He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody else. I felt like he was very candid and didn’t try to do a lot of upselling. He also handled the job personally and stayed until everything was working absolutely how it’s supposed to work. He probably ended up taking a lot more time than what he planned on but he was very gracious about it and made sure the work was done properly.

They’re great and wonderful! They follow up with you. They are very customer friendly. They have tremendous technical advisors that work with them. That is in important with this type of business. I will have additional work done with them.

Scharig came out to provide an estimate and worked with us to help us determine what was best for our home and our specific needs.  They were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation.  The installation itself went well.  They cleaned up after themselves very well and they were helpful in instructing us how to use the system.  There was a problem with the Honeywell System, which required them to come back to finish set up, but they were prompt in their return.  Any time we had a problem with something during the initial period after setting up the system, they were very helpful in solving our problems, and were able to do so over the phone, which allowed us more flexibility in fixing the issues in a timely manner.  We are so thankful for the alarm system they have provided.

With sort of an installation for a home or a business it is a highly private and confidential installation and this company knows how to handle this sort of thing.  Highly technical surveillance cameras , up to 12 of them and an involved alarm system all connected to Internet as well as wireless for ipad and iphone  .  Everything works great.  Once can view their home or business while away with ease and this company does it right.
