Russel L. Williams and William Feeney work together to access your homes need for replacement windows, go over your options/choices. They required 1/2 down at time contract was signed and received the other 1/2 of amount due when all of their work was finished. They ordered the windows, came over to home, removed old windows and installed 8 news windows. Love the new windows! They were professional and did an excellent job at a very affordable price. Windows come with warranty.
