"We regret member is upset with our firm. We have never spoken to her-and regret that she did not call us to allow us an opportunity to resolve her issues with our firm. I spoke to member that day when he called in-he was in a panic-rain was coming in a few hours-and he needed his roof tarped off. I asked him how large an area was leaking-so we would know what size tarp to bring. HE decided after we discussed tarp sizes and roof area he wanted to covered that we should install a 20x30 tarp. He said he was home and would show the roofer where to install the tarp. we installed the tarp size the customer requested in the area the customer asked us to. I had someone there within the hour for him. We met with his insurance co-there was hail damages to the roof. The adjustor did ask us why we put on that size of tarp-but it was at the owners directions-and we explained that to the adjustor with the owner present also. The deductible these folks had to pay is the same for a repair or replacement. We regret they are upset with us-but we performed as asked. Member called and asked us to install a 20X30 tarp-which we did within the hour-we met with their insurance adjustor on the roof to view and discuss the hail damages as they requested-and also the tarp installation. The insurance company paid for the tarp installation, and a whole new roof. The only thing our of pocket for these folks is their deductible-any insurance claim you have the deductible to pay. I am not really sure what else we could have done for them. They called-we were there within and hour-we did as asked and installed the size tarp member asked for-we met with the insurance co-the insurance company paid for the roof and the tarp installation. we sincerely regret that theses folks are upset with our firm. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau-and are accredited members. We have been in business since 1984-with over 20 years in the same location. We strive to make each and every one of our customers happy. Unfortunately-there are some that you can not. we sincerely regret that member is upset with our firm."
