Met owner at Cosco event. Rick came to our home and measured bay windows and helped select type of window blinds available. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. Gave us ideas and brought samples to choose from. He was very agreeable when we said we wanted to compare other products and get other quotes. He let us contact him if we decided to use his company. We called a couple of weeks later and arranged for purchase and installation of 6 blinds and trim pieces. They were hung beautifully. We had a problem with one several weeks later and he came and replaced it with no problem.
