THEY DELIVERED THE INCORRECT ITEM, AND THEN LEFT THE OLD ITEM AND THEN CAME BACK AND PICKED IT UP, BUT THE DELIVERY TOOK ABOUT SIX WEEKS LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
