When I called to get service they were able to schedule me within the week and get me a quote over the phone. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They got right to work and were very careful. The service men even went out of their way to connect their equipment in another area to prevent any problems with some odd vents around my heating system. As they were working they noticed my kenneled dogs were becoming nervous and uncomfortable. They stopped so I could let them outside. (They were also VERY kind to my dogs!)  The men double checked with me to make sure they didn't miss any vents in the house. After I paid they offered to show me all the dust (and other odd objects) that came from my vents. The two men were very kind and professional. I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home.  I would highly recommend!

My son uses a wheelchair (which goes in and out of rain and snow--you can't "wipe feet"), we have a dog, and there are lots of people in our house daily--all of this leads to a variety of spots on my builder grade light beige carpet.  We have lived in this house nearly 14 years, I said when we moved in I didn't want anyone except Red Carpet Cleaners to touch it.  That was a great decision.  Even after all these years and the daily wear and tear that we must put our carpets thru, it looks AMAZING when Red Carpet is done with it.  I have had friends ask me if I got new carpet!  We have used Red Carpet for almost 20 years, they have NEVER let us (or any of our friends) down.  They have topnotch equipment and cleaning solutions, the carpet dries really quickly, the staff is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.  I would recommend them to everyone!

Went awesome.  The tile and the perfect grout looked brand new after they finished.  We also got a new dog who had a few accidents and they took care of this.  It worked out great because we were having Christmas company and they house looked great.  ****Need to mention, I called them that morning and they were at my house in the afternoon.  This is the job my wife made me promise to get done before Christmas.  So Happy!!

Showed up on time, did a good job, were very helpful and responded quickly to my call.  If you need your carpets cleaned, call Red Carpet, they will get it done without hassle and don't overcharge for their service.  They use a truck mounted unit, not a portable, so they have the temperature and the suction needed to do the job right.  Carpets were totally dry in about 6 hours and never were so wet that walking barefoot or in socks were a big deal.

They were there when they were there supposed to be.  Stretching carpet is not something they are capable of doing and we were not informed of this until after they stretched our carpet.

They did a really good job.

I very liked them the first time I used them. The person who worked with us did a very good job, but I wasn't that happy when I used them the second time around. One thing I liked about them is that their price was very reasonable.

OUTSTANDING WORK, DONE IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, QUICK ESTIMATE, COMPANY FOLLOWED UP WITH INTERNAL EVALUATION OF HOW THEY DID. WILL CERTAINLY CALL ON THEM AGAIN.

THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND CLEAN THE CARPETS PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO USE THEM IF I DID NOT LIKE THE WORK OR THE WORKERS.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEAN, AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE HAPPY TO REDO PLACES THAT NEEDED IT--EVEN COMING OUT A SECOND TIME.

WAS ON TIME. DID EXCELLENT WORK. I AM PLANNING ON HAVING HIM BACK IN SPRING TO CLEAN LIVING ROOM UPHOLSTERY. VERY COURTEOUS.
