 + 4 moreCharlie did the job in two half days to be sure the primer had time to dry properly. He was very particular so that everything looked complete and professional. I had initially also wanted a French door installed between my sun room and dining room, but couldn't find the type I needed. Charlie talked with the folks at Home Depot and found just what I wanted. I changed my mind about putting it in, but I still appreciated his willingness to meet me at the store and show me the door, etc. Charlie is a creative problem solver and a good listener, as well as an excellent craftsman.
Description of Work: Charlie installed an outside garage light where there was none before. He also primed and painted five iron foundation supports and repainted the stained concrete block wall with Kilz type paint. He repaired ceiling moisture stains in the upper part of the house as well. He put a second coat on where needed, but saved time and money by not doing so in areas it wasn't. He was very professional, efficient, and intent on understanding how I wanted everything to look. He made suggestions and explained what and why he thought certain methods would be best regarding this and other insulating and maintenance needs. He also pruned some yews in the front. I definitely plan to ask him for future home remodeling and maintenance projects.
