Radius Deck and Fence

Job was not done to my satisfaction and the business has not returned phone calls and emails. My fence did not get stained on one side, stain was sprayed on my house and gutters. My gagage floor paint starting chipping and peeling. The owner told me he would etch my garage floor before he use a epoxy paint. He didn't etch the floor or us epoxy paint. He also asked for half of his money before he started the work. I did pay it, but don't like doing business that way, I like to see the work completed before I pay. I would not recomment this business to anyone. Please don't go by the good reviews on the internet, like I did. You will be sorry!!!

Was supposed to install 39' of 6' cedar fence according to his e-mails and job orders for $750 with me providing the posts. I originally sent pictures and drawings of measurements and received the price based on that. Which he agreed upon sending me a work order and scheduled the posts install.
Upon showing up to do the work he decided he couldn't so 10 feet of it because of  how the posts were set so reduced the job to 29' of 6ft cedar fence but increased the price to $830 (first red flag) which I agreed to (needed it done) and started to install posts I provided. Gave him a deposit of $450 toward the $830 price and noted it on the check. I also asked for a break down of price so I knew I was getting cedar slats which he said he couldn't do because he "bulk orders" (2nd red flag). 
He said the posts needed a week to set (not true 3rd red flag) and would scheduled to put up the rest. He rescheduled 
via E-mail and agreed to a Sat and sent me a verification E-mail "see you Saturday at 9AM". After one day of that E-mail he sent me another with a new price saying he had to now "special order" cedar  so could I should "confirm your appointment  read and agree to the charges, requirements, additional work and special order materials." now at a price of  approx $1150.
Needless to say I cancelled the remaining install. My tip is do everything in writing, take pictures and video of work being done before and after and make notes on your checks don't pay cash.

Was easy to work with. Any delays were due to weather and not provider.

Deck was first cleaned/stripped with a biodegradable cleaner. There was no damage to surrounding lawn and plants. Deck looked great after just the cleaning. After drying out a couple of days, they returned and treated the deck with Total Wood Preservative with a light cedar color. Our deck is cedar and it now looks great. Windows/door/siding were masked to protect from over-spray. While working on a neighbor's gazebo a couple of days later, Richard stopped by to check on the job; we pointed out a couple of spots that were missed and he took care of it right then. We're very pleased with the finished job.

Very good. He had to work around the ever present rain this spring but kept me informed about possible times he could do the work. Angie's List were helpful in giving me possible companies. One didn't even return my call and the other's price was $300 more than the company I chose. Also told me what a problem the bushes around my deck would be, and offered no solution except cutting them way down. The company I hired had no problem with covering them with canvas drop cloths.
