The entire process from the first phone call to the payment date was literally perfect. I met Jake by finding his posting on Craigslist. I typically look for side jobs to be performed via Craigslist and needless to say I have had my fair share of good and poor work. Jake by far was the best person I have found online. Jake showed up with an official Contract that clearly outlined the scope of work. Most importantly, after he met my wife and kids, I was able to leave my home wide open to jake for 3 days while we moved out of the home. Yes, a lot of trust in doing so but he did not disappoint. One day he worked until 10 pm while we stayed at another Family members home. I would absolutely recommend Jake not only for the quality of the work but for someone who can be trusted around my biggest asset, my home, and my prized possession- My Family!
