When the guy showed up, he liked talking to the contractor more than me even though I was the person who was trying to hire him and was going to be the person signing the check. Several times he told me to be quiet and listen when I asked questions or suggested that he move on to look at the termite activity. He talked down to me and would not explain the answers to my questions. I got the distinct impression that my being a woman was objectionable. Like, I may not understand or something. I will not ever hire this guy to perform termite control services. We found out a couple of days later that there is a local house inspector that uses him for home inspections. We had just finished renovating a different home that we had open to studs and joists. We NEVER saw any sign of termites. But, guess what? This guy said there was termites! We had to get someone to come out and do a termite control treatment because he said he found them on the inspection. I called three other termite companies who could not find a sign of the termites. I think that he said there were termites because I refused to hire him on the first project.

Leo is wonderful and very thorough.

They did a very good job.

Their work was satisfactory. There was nothing about them that really stood out. I just need to have them come out and spray again.

They did what they said they were going to do. I'm not having problems with ants or anything in my house. They always show up when they say they will.
