 + -1 moreI called Steve 3 times and had 4 appt to show up at my house and he never showed. Stupid me for giving him all those chances.
Description of Work: I asked this man give me 2 prices on one taking out and pouring a patio and also putting on a patio extension after 3 weeks of trying to get this guy to my house I m done.

 + -1 moreWE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH PERFECT CONCRETE. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND, HAD A GOOD PRODUCT FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE. THE PATIO IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED, IT LOOKS GREAT AND WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. OUR ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THERE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT COMMUNICATION BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE AS TO HOW OUR PROPERTY WOULD BE LEFT AFTER THE PROJECT. WE DISCOVERED THAT AN ENTIRE FENCE POST WAS RIPPED OUT IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE CONCRETE TRUCK INTO OUR BACK YARD. WITH THE BROKEN FENCE AND THE DEEP RUTS THE HEAVY TRUCK LEFT, WE HAVE MORE REPAIR WORK TO DO ON OUR PROPERTY THAN WE WANTED OR WERE EXPECTING. THE COMPANY WOULD NOT REPAIR THE FENCE, BUT THEY DID GIVE US A MINOR DISCOUNT ($50) OFF THE WORK FOR THESE DAMAGES. I WOULD PROBABLY HIRE PERFECT AGAIN, AS THEIR WORK IS GREAT FOR A GREAT PRICE, BUT NEXT TIME I WOULD BE SURE TO MAKE VERY CLEAR EXACTLY HOW WE WANT OUR PROPERTY LEFT.
Description of Work: THEY TORE OUT OUR OLD BACKYARD PATIO AND REPLACED IT WITH A LARGER ONE. THIS INVOLVED SOME RE-GRADING OF THE AREA AND ADJUSTMENT TO EXISTING FIXTURES, SUCH AS THE SUNKEN WINDOW WELL RETAINERS. THEY TIED THE NEW PATIO INTO OUR FOUNDATION TO PREVENT THE LOSS OF GRADE PROBLEM WE HAD PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT PRICE. WONDERFUL WORK. MY NEIGHBORS ARE JEALOUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DRIVE AND INSTALLED THE NEW WORK IN 2.5 DAYS. INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE.

 + -1 moreTHE PRICE WAS MIDDLE OF THE ROAD SO WE THOUGHT GOOD. WHILE THE PRICE WAS GOOD, WE FELT LIKE THE QUALITY OF WORK AND RESPONSIVENESS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER.
