They went over and above, they took the time to go out with us on the bikes and try different ones. They did this a few times because I wasn't sure. They really wanted to make sure me and my daughter had the right bikes. We really love to ride and when we lived in Australia we loved to ride the trails all the time. I was extremely impressed, its family run and were just very friendly. They were professional, helpful and it seemed like they were really concerned to make sure I got the right bike so I would be happy. They didn't care how much time that took.
