Orkin was able to detect the entry point and close it. No more mice!

Problem solved after two visits. First visit they laid traps and didn't really see anywhere the mice might be coming in the house. We were trapping one mouse every week or two. After a month and a half I called them back to say they were obviously getting in from somewhere still. They came back out AT NO CHARGE and did another sweep of the house. This time they found two possible entry points. One they filled with wire mesh. Another they recommended we patch up (a large hole in the drywall under a sink in the basement). After that, no more mice!

They’ve done everything fine so far and no problems with them. This is where they got the little thing in the ground and they come out and check them periodically and they guarantee you won’t get termite in your house again. They come like every three months and they check all our stations. They don’t have a set time when they come. They just leave little thing in the door saying they’ve been here. I think I pay $275 a year.

They were very professional when they came out and their service was satisfactory. Of course they were trying to push me to use their services, but it was okay.

We have had the same technician for several years, and we have no complaints or issues with the service.  Furthermore, they will come out between scheduled appointments if there are any problems, and they will do so free of charge.

The staff is very friendly, and the company responds immediately to any concerns or problems.  We have stayed customers for this very reason.

They have been good. All of the techs are very professional, which is great.

They do a great job for us. We have had them for about 10 years now.

When we started with them we had ant infestations, silverfish in the bathrooms and some little spiders around the house.  When we first signed up for them they were here every other month. The first time they came inside the house and sprayed under the kitchen sink and stuff like that. From then on it has been strictly on the outside. We have been with them for 5 years now. We went from them coming over every two months to every three months; then we thought we don’t need that either and now they come out only three times a year. Now we do not have a problem with bugs at all and they only do the outside now. The first time whatever they did on the inside like the foundation and cracks apparently is working because we have no problem with insects. We have absolutely no complaints about them. They are reasonably priced. Once when we had a couple of ants on the counter top in the kitchen; we called them and they were here by the next day.  They call ahead if someone is going to be there the next day. If we are having a particular problem inside or outside we should be calling them back so they call before they come.

They call before they come and if I want them to come inside the house if I have any kind of problem then they will also do that. They are very thorough. I have noticed when they are spraying outside how much they look around and I have not had any problems with any kind of bugs inside. I was kind of having an issue with spiders and now I just don’t see any bugs or anything inside the house. I am just very happy with them.

They come every quarter. It's a plan so it's $55 a visit for their normal quarterly maintenance process. They put some little sticky pieces of papers for the spiders. I didn't know the spiders are cannibalistic. Unfortunately they put them in the garage that's an issue I have with them and I thought I had told them not to do that. They did it again the last time and unfortunately they catch the little lizards. They come in from outside. I have a problem with them because they eat the spiders and I've asked him repeatedly not to put them down in the garage and sure enough he did it again the last time and caught 2. I just felt so bad. I'm not totally happy with Orkin. They took over from a private company that my husband had used for years and years. I've always been very happy with and they were local people. He knew who they were all the time and they were just really good. I'm not totally pleased with Orkin. One of the things that I dislike is I pay them when they come for the services rendered as they said it's quarterly and then I get this thing in the mail that looks like a bill. My husband actually paid it one time and then I told him that I already paid for that. They decide the date on which they are coming the next time. All of a sudden I get a call the night before saying they are going to be here such and such a time. I'm like…I'm the customer, I get to pick the time so I've had that go around a few times. They don't do the same kind of job for good or bad that the previous people did. In other words, they sprayed around the perimeter of every room, but these guys don't do that. May be that's all that is necessary…I can't say I've seen more bugs, but there's just something about the whole thing that bugs me. I'm not happy and I've threatened a time or two to find someone else. Unfortunately pest control people aren't the individual ones, may not be long in the business and don't have particularly the training. I've had a company in the past that were wonderful and they are just no longer in the business. Orkin took them over and this business about sending something that looks like a bill, like I'm paying ahead for the services and then it specifies the date on which they intend to come. I find that offensive plus he kept calling me dear and sweety and I couldn't get him to stop doing that. That bothers me. I'm a little old for that. Their price is fine. I'll use them until I find somebody else.

I haven't been super pleased with them. I'm going to switch from them because I don't think I get good value for the price. He's only here for ten minutes and I have to call him back all the time to spray again which is inconvenient.

Their work so far has been good.

Very timely, well educated, and very thorough in explaining the process by which the carpenter ants would be exterminated. Found a satellite nest on the second visit, and no ants since!

It was a routine pest control visit. They give us a call a day ahead of time and come out to do the job. They are very reliable. They come once in two months.

Everything goes really well with them. We've been using them for about four years, and we've never had any problems with them. They spray the interior and exterior, but if I'm not home whenever they come out and I want the interior done, they will come out again and do another service call for free. I would definitely recommend them to others.

WE DON'T HAVE BUGS, SPIDERS OR FLEAS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING RID OF SILVER FISH. HOURS COULD BE MORE CONVENIENT TO US WHEN THEY COME TO SERVICE THE HOUSE.

ORKIN PROVIDES A GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH IN THE TREATMENTS THEY PROVIDE.

ORKIN REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THEY ALMOST ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. THEY MAKE REPEATS VISITS AT NO CHARGE IF I FIND ANY SPIDERS OR OTHER BUGS BETWEEN VISITS. THEY ONLY ENTER THE HOME THE FIRST APPLICATION, UNLESS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, AND TREAT THE OUTSIDE AFTER THAT, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE HOME FOR THE TREATMENTS.
