They were able to give me a bid based on photos I texted him. Bid was fair and work was scheduled. They showed up on the day agreed upon and the work was done and done very well. Mess was cleaned up and price was as quoted. Would definitely hire these guys again. Excellent crew and work. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thanks!

I am very impressed with this company! The communication was great and the driveway looked fantastic after they were done. We had about a 2-3" lip in front of our garage and the mud jacking lifted the driveway slab to an even entry. The crew was friendly and I am extremely happy with the final result.

This company did work on our home before we purchased it.  Being content with that work, we called them again.
When we agreed in the winter on the work to be done, we agreed to wait until spring to do the mudjacking. On-The-Rise called ahead when weather improved (as promised) and came as scheduled.
While his crew was mudjacking the porch and sidewalk, I asked his advice how to repair a broken french drain in my driveway--expecting to schedule a later date of service and to pay for it, of course.  He said, "No problem.  I'll just fix that right now."  Asked what he would charge, he said "Oh, nothing.  It's no big deal."
During the mudjacking process, he asked to see our basement to ensure no leak-through (just in case), and courteously removed his shoes inside the house.
When agreement was made in winter, the owner hoped to have VISA payment method available but, in the spring, VISA was not yet available (cash or checks only), so he offered to lower the price $25 from original $650 agreement.  Said "We just want our customers to be satisfied with our company."
Actual mudjacking was done well.  I'm happy with this company and would certainly refer On-The-Rise Concrete Services to others.
