MR PETES COMPLETE HOME CARE SERVICE

The projects went great as expected. We have used Mr. Pete's services before. He was professional as always. He pointed out a problem around our chimney that needs to be addressed before the fall. Work was done quickly and in an efficient manner. We will be using Mr. Pete's again.

Pete has worked on so many jobs for me it's difficult to describe just one, but all the work I've given him has been done timely and very professionally. He once removed a broken door and installed a complete new door and door jam in an apartment building I own. After he finished, he looked at it and didn't like the way it looked, so he tore it out and redid it (replacing the trim at his cost and not charging me for the extra time. This was on a Friday night and he didn't finish until 10 or so.)

After being the first person to respond to my email request for an estimate (I sent out three) upon arrival Mr. Pete was pleasant, courteous and professional. Even though it was lightly raining, he adjusted the bolt on my outdoor spigot to stop the leak. The deadbolt lock and door knob installation was accomplished just as effortlessly with meticulous attention to detail. He was just as meticulous about removing his shoes when entering my home so they would not dirty the carpet.

I contacted Mr. Peterson by phone and described the job and he was honest about his availability. He came out, looked at the job, and contacted me with a detailed estimate. He informed me about a problem with the fascia board and the gutter pulling away from board where the awning was connected. He went to get a piece of board to fix the problem area. His response to this unforeseen fascia board problem, along with having to go get wasp spray for the wasp nest located in the area where he was working, was remarkable to me as a consumer. He did not charge me more because of the additional circumstances. He was very courtesy, professional and he cleaned work area after completing the job. I would definitely recommend this individual to anyone looking for quality and professional service.

I called and he returned the call as soon as he got off work. I told him about my problem--he said it was not a problem and he would take care of it. I called on Friday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. He looked at the situation and hooked everything up. He had to make one trip to the hardware store for a clamp for the hose, and came back to complete the work. They work like a charm now. He is very conscientious and is a very honest person. He goes out of his way to be on-time and thorough, so I will be using him forever.

He did a very good job and was cordial. He was also informative.

It took him about an hour and a half to find the problem. He did a very good job and is excellent. He is a really nice guy and didn't try to oversell anything. He just went about his business. He is coming to do some more work for me. He didn't even charge me for the time it took to find the problem.

As I said, he originally came on very short notice, and stayed, on a Friday night, until the job was completed. Pete has done several jobs for me since the door and all have been MORE than satisfactory, from time standpoint, price, quality of work, conscientiousness, professionalism. I've hired Pete to do several more projects on a couple of my properties and will continue to use him in the future.

HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND ON SCHEDULE. THERE HAD NEVER BEEN LIGHTING OR ELECTRICITY IN THE GARAGE AND HE COMPLETELY WIRED AND INSTALLED AND OUTLET AS WELL AS LIGHTING IN MY GARAGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY ANT MY RESIDENCE SET UP HIS TOOLS AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK, HE FIXED OUTLETS IN MY KITCHEN AS WELL AS AN EXTERIOR OUTLET AND INVESTIGATED AN 2ND OUTLET IN THE KITCHEN, HE WAS VERY NEAT AND KIND AND HAD EXCELLENT ADVICE FOR ME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICES

HE CAME TO MY HOME RIGHT ON TIME AND SET UP. HE CUT A GROOVE IN MY GARAGE SO THAT IT COULD DRAIN DURING THE WINTER WHEN WATER WOULD ACCUMULATE IN A PUDDLE. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND GAVE ME ADVICE FOR UPKEEP. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
