Mo Kan Home Lawn & Landscape

We have used Mo Kan for lawn mowing, landscaping and building a rock walkway in our backyard.  His work is always well done when he does it.  That is where the problem lies.  He will tell you he will do a job for you, accept a deposit for plants, etc. and not do the work for 6 weeks.  In the case of the walk, he did a very sloppy job and we were not happy.  Three months later, he still hasn't fixed it.  He has made a lot of promises, delivered samples, etc. but has yet to do the work.  The last straw was when he said on Friday that he would fix the walk on Monday.  Monday was a beautiful day but no work, no phone call, no email, nothing.  My husband and I have both left him several voice mails.  NONE have been returned.  As I said, he does beautiful work but is very unreliable and rarely shows up!
