I would definitely recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. Unfortunately the builder on this new home chose them, so we have no option other than to go with another HVAC provider, which will negate our warranty. We have had issues with the AC not running, we attempted to have them install a WiFi based thermostat which would not register with Honeywell even though we were able to get the device to communicate via WiFi. When we attempted to go with a second product that this company offered (an EcoBee), the person trying to make the appointment wanted to explain that his folks despite Selling and Installing the device were not capable of performing the IT side of this. We have heard repeatedly excuses of "I have not worked with this model, but..." or it is the Vendors issue (Carrier, Honeywell), so unless you want to waste a lot of time and money, look elsewhere.

It goes pretty well. They know the systems as they installed them. I have never really shopped around so I assume there price is good. They don't schedule a specific time they just give you morning or afternoon.

They are good. Everything was taken care of. It took them one day to complete. I did get other estimates before choosing them.

It was still working but at some point you don't want the age of the two to be to far apart and the new ones are more energy efficient. I liked that I got a more energy efficient unit. I got a cost rebate from a company. I know they did all the work in one day. I don't remember what the leave time was but it was fairly short. It's not like I was waiting 3 or 4 weeks. The communication with the staff was good.

When we have a problem with our heating or air conditioning serivce we call McDaniel.  They are very prompt to get out to my house and work around my schedule.

Things are good so far. They were very fair and good to work with. The price was excellent compared to what we had seen from other people. They were really pretty good on responsiveness but there were one or two times when we didn't quite get a hold of them when we thought we should have. He did get back to us right away the first time. We have been pleased with them. They said they would be here at 8 o' clock yesterday morning and they were here at 8 o' clock. They were very professional. The guys who installed were very professional, appearing like people who had installed things.

Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, we signed on for an A/C check this Spring at 1/2 cost.

Got 3 estimates for a full furnace and AC replacement. McDaniel Furnace came in considerably lower then the other 2. From their first visit to the completion of the job they were fantastic. (Complete install was less then 1 1/2 days) Courteous and clean. Quality of work was great.
This company was wonderful

McDaniel made many trips to our home to try to figure out what the problem was, repaired a part under warranty, even though we are not the original owners of the home, and even sent the owner out to help diagnose the problem. Good customer service and very thorough. Price they charged was fair and they did not charge for repeated trips/service calls.

They arrived 20 minutes early. Installation went smoothly taking about 4 and a half hours. All the mess was cleaned up and hauled off. He did a good job. It looks nice and works perfectly.
