The windows were ordered too small, in January and after 6 months they came out, and the windows were still too small.! The door was warped,, and installed improperly. The manager assured me he would take care of it, after I went into the Olathe store. fast forward 6 more months, and the windows were finally fitting well , but it had been 11 months by then. I have had 4 warped and improperly installed front doors, and have had to call an attorney , and the Kansas Attorney generals office. I thas now been 14 months, and I was told by a local master carpenter, that Lowes does Not have certified Pella installers. so I was misrepresented at their store. I will follow up here after I see how they respond at arbitration.

Picking out the bathroom vanity and the initial customer service was great. However, the plumber hired to install was not the best. He ripped some wall board off taking out the old vanity which was no big deal. If he would have just used the Porter/Cable Oscillating tool he left at the job sight it could been done a little more professional. He also forgot to put in the toe plate and knobs. We also bought a wall cabinet at the same time. Patrick the plumber on the initial job review said he would help install that too. He said make sure you get 4 toggle bolts and 4 fender washers. Anyway, Patrick did not picked up the cabinet at Lowe's and only wanted to do the vanity and get the heck out of our house as fast as he could. He also left some channel lock pliers but I ran him down and returned the tool just before he was about to drive over my garbage can. I knew it was going to be interesting day when Patrick had so much stuff in his plumbing van it was hard to tell what he had in his possession. Instead of moving the drain over, we selected to just offset the vanity so Patrick would not have to do any actual plumbing. It looks fine but not centered. Along with not bringing the cabinet he did not bring and install the toe plate that was purchased with the vanity. When we went to Lowe's to pick up the cabinet it took a while to find everything including the toe plate. One shelf was out the packaging but was counted as 1 of the 5 pieces we were picking up. The warehouse had trouble finding things and it took awhile to sort it all out. They brought up a vanity sink but we told them we already had that installed. I called and ask if the plumber could come back out and install the toe plate but I figured it out on my on. Installing the wall cabinet was tricky since I did have to use toggle bolts to install on the wall board and did not hit any studs. I did search on internet and there were several good ideas available. Getting the knobs on was a little tricky too but everything looks fine now.

Window on the high side but pleased with the product.

I was pretty happy with the products. The installation part didn't go as smooth as I thought it would have. With how old our house was they said some things won't come out perfect. There were little gaps in items that i had to point out. During the install of the counter-tops they scratched a hood but they did replace it.

The company assigned installer did a pretty good job. The exception was that there was about an inch of damaged dry wall in a recently remodeled kitchen wall that was not pointed out to me and I did not discover this until the installers had left. The service company from Lowe's called me and I told them of the problem, they did offer to give me spackling to do it myself but after spending all of that money on a professional install I was trying to avoid the "fix it yourself" thing.

The doors were installed correctly and quickly. The old doors were removed. We are very happy with the quality and look of the new doors.
