Jacob and Adam did a great job. They fixed out cabinet doors that were cracking from the previous paint job and painted our walls and two story entry way. All previous imperfections are no longer visible. I would hire them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

The contractor was very professional, provided a fair bid with clear communication of options, recommended changes, and all costs. Worked with us on financing to best meet our needs. Offered some great recommendations for some of the townhouse siding replacement. Each townhouse had its own unique siding that complemented with adjacent townhouses. Colors had to also vary yet coordinate in a complimentary manner. Workmanship was high quality. They new what to look for and how to ensure the results would last for many years. We were very please with the completed work. The buildings look very nice and we have received many compliments from our townhouse owners. The work was completed beyond our expectations, in a timely manner, and within our budget. We plan to continue to use Lindle Painting & Contracting for maintaining the exterior of all our forty townhouses. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the townhouse buildings.

They did an excellent job, as evidenced by my neighbors who have hired them to do work as well! Since so many people have been out walking and watched the daily progress, there have been so many positive comments. I really appreciated Jacob from the beginning, because he was thorough in his analysis of what needed to be done, and made good suggestions. There was considerable wood rot on my house, and he made every effort to preserve and reinforce, but made aesthetic suggestions informed by his experience. I had daily communication with him and his team. They did more than just show up and do the work, they had a vested interest in my property. They spent a lot of time scraping and preparing, and removing deterioriated slats from the house, and replaced to give a fresh and updated appearance. I ended up replacing all the windows, and again, Jacob was able to offer expertise and suggestions. They are quality windows, and look great! When it came to painting, the guys took a personal interest and made suggestions about how colors look on a whole house, and which tones would compliment the roof. (I have a degree in Art, so it isn't as though I don't know color), but I appreciated the experiences that they shared with me-they know their business! (An aside, I had a lawnmower that wasn't working, and at the end of the work day, I saw them packing up my mower in their truck. They told me they were going to take it home to work on it!) The next day, they returned it working like new! Jacob is a real problem-solver. He analyzes what needs to be done, and how to best accomplish the task. The last phase was adding the gutters. Jacob wasn't satisfied with the way the roof was tilting, and the gutters not draining to his satisfaction. They jacked up the roof enough to add a post, which he fashioned from an old cedar beam that had been replaced, and ended up making a lovely post and anchor. When it was cut, scraped, and painted, it looks like new, and more importantly, the gutters in front are carrying the water away as needed! I've had several workers do different work at my house, and Lindle is the best I trust these guys and would recommend them to my family and neighbors! My house needed lots of expensive work, and they were well worth it as well as completely reasonable, based on my comparisons. Bottom line, you want to know if they are professional, do quality work, and are reasonable, and I give them my highest recommendation. You will talk to the men who are doing the work directly, and they are the same ones who show up daily. They're so good, you'll want to treat them to lunch;)

We have a large 3-story 100+ year old house and the paint was in very bad shape. The crew did many, many days of prep work, scraping and priming. They didn't rush anything. The same two men came every day and they were very polite and professional. Their prep work was meticulous. Jacob supervised the project carefully and he also helped us a lot with color selection. He is very easy to work with and (unlike other contractors) he didn't try to scare us about the scale of the project. He's very calm, honest, and no-nonsense, and he doesn't fix things that aren't broken. We will absolutely work with him again on future projects.

Jacob and his team are some of the best home repair folks in KC. Extremely thorough, professional and price competitive. Needed outside of house painted. Jacob and his crew did a phenomenal job. His team also sealed gutters that have leaked since the home was built. He and his team sealed them when builder couldn’t. Our deck needed to be raised and new floorboards installed. As the job progressed we added painted hand rails and new spindles. Again looks phenomenal. We will definitely use Jacob and his team for future projects. Jacob and his team are professional, punctual, and do great work with great attention to detail. They even touched up a spot on the exterior of my home that was damaged by another contractor. He is my go to for painting projects and I plan to hire him to do more work in the future.

Jacob provided prompt service for the estimate and the job was completed equally promptly once we decided to go with Lindle Painting. He pointed out that the siding was aluminum and not steel as I had thought, and he knew the right types of paint to use on the different surfaces. He also knew which shade of white would look the best on our house. They pressure washed the entire house and scraped loose paint areas in a single day, then completed the new paint job in just a couple of days. They also fixed a couple small areas of rotted trim boards, and even painted some rusty yard game items!

Scheduling was very casual. Very helpful re: quality of paint, edges needing finishing, type of caulk best for windows, etc. Work was thorough and quick. Once they got started, they were very focused. Was a little disappointed in that empty paint cans and trim removed from the house were left in the yard. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning up trash and putting items away.

Jacob and Adam both worked together, however, Adam did most of the painting. He did an excellent job. I explained to Jacob that I've been having a problem with wood rot on my windows. He suggested using a better paint called 'Duration' in order to give the wood more protection. When Jacob came over after the job was completed, I got to meet his beautiful, adorable, German Shepherd. Me, being an animal lover, especially dogs, that topped off the experience for me. I would definitely hire them again.

The owner and his crew were responsive and began work before most companies had even returned my phone call or provided an estimate. They worked diligently for 3 days to make the home look new again - all dents, dings, nail holes, trim, etc. were repaired, painted and the home looked brand new! I was very surprised with the knowledge they had regarding remodeling, beyond just painting and sheetrock repair.

Jacob did the job himself and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. My wife spoke to him as his crew was completing a painting job next door and asked if he would look at our guttering issue. He came right over and looked into the issue. Within a short time he had the problem solved. He checked, using a water hose that water drained properly. All seems good and we are very happy to date with the results.

We have knock-down on bedroom walls and not many painters can or want to take the time to fix the cracks that occur due to settling. Jacob Lindle told us up front that's not his specialty, but he would take the job. We have absolute faith in his work as he is a perfectionist. He has done several jobs for us over the past few years. Needless to say, you can't find anything to suggest there was a crack or that the knock-down was anything but the original. He also painted trim, walls and ceilings. He's a good guy, and we can't recommend him too highly.

Ceiling has uniform color after being spray painted. My husband and I were very pleased with the result. I obtained a bid from this company for other ceilings in our home. Our home is 37 years old and none of the ceilings had been repainted.
