INDEPENDENCE AUDIO-VIDEO

We had Independence Audio/Video give us a consultation regarding a whole house stereo system. We knew very little about how a system might be retrofitted and were very pleased to find that a Sonos wireless system would exactly fit our needs. We wanted better TV speakers and satellite speakers in several rooms. Darren suggested using the WiFi - based system which is stronger than Bluetooth but is still managed by any device with a WiFi connection. The advice was excellent - the quality of the products he recommended exceeded our expectations. Installation was easy enough that we did it ourselves. Price was not really a factor because the units cost the same whether buying from Best Buy, Amazon, Apple Store, or Independence Audio/Video. We purchased from Independence to compensate them for the very thorough, no-pressure, free consultation.

I would like to thank Scott Huffman and his staff at Independence audio for being very efficient and prompt. The level of professionalism here always makes for an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and look forward to future business. Scott is a great person and easy to work with and I’m very happy and satisfied with the outcome and service. It took awhile for the technician, but did a wonderful job and everything works great....!

On both installs took the time to answer all question I had. Great group to deal with. Very professional and did not try to push me on buying anything I did not need.

I HAVE USED THIS STORE BEFORE AND AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I AM PROBABLY NOT THEIR IDEAL CUSTOMER. I HAVEN'T GRADUATED TO THE ''HOME THEATER'' PRICE RANGE YET. BUT, I DID WANT TO BUY A QUALITY PAIR OF SPEAKERS, AS MY OLD SPEAKERS HAD GIVEN UP THE GHOST. EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T A BIG TICKET CUSTOMER, JEFF SPENT AT LEAST A HALF HOUR PLAYING SPEAKERS FOR ME, AND WAS VERY CONSIDERATE OF MY PRICE RANGE. THANKS TO HIS ATTENTION TO WHAT I WANTED, HE SOLD ME AN AMAZING PAIR OF SPEAKERS! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I HATE TO THINK WHAT I WOULD HAVE ENDED UP WITH AT A BIG BOX STORE.
