Owner came and saw the job. Said it would cost the $75 that I'd paid for the deal. Send young man out to do the job. It took twice as long as estimated. Looked nice but didn't last. Owner responded to my complaint and redid the job. Said it would have to be done every year and blamed the workmanship on the shower as the problem.

Dr. Hill provided a much more convincing reason and solution for my pain that the 1st doctor that I saw. I was ready for him to fix it and was able to schedule surgery that same week. All went well. When I had a concern, I had his personal cell phone number to call for immediate response.
