Ralph Heying, the owner, is the type of person you want on your job site or project no mater what you're having done. We were building our first house, which is stressful in itself. He and his crew were completely focused not only on doing exceptional work, but Ralph would keep an eye on other contractors, too. The entire process of working with Heying Exterior was an example of a job done the right way. Their price was competitive, they asked lots of good questions, explained the process and stuck to their promise. They gave us several examples of other work they had done, which we did inspect. Their communication throughout the process was superb. They stuck to their quote and delivered outstanding results. We have been in our house almost seven (7) years now, and the stucco still looks as good as the day it was finished. The only issue I have had is where I backed the riding mower into the house and damaged the finish. Even then, it was easy to fix. To anyone worried about what they've heard regarding EIFS systems (reports of moisture problems, etc), Heying is one of the few companies certified by insurance companies to repair/replace installations done by someone else that went bad. Not only that, but done properly, this has to be the lowest maintenance exterior in existence. Never requires paint, doesn't crack and maintains its color. All in all, I would recommend Heying Exterior to anyone that wants the job done right at a competitive price. Truly outstanding.
