GREG'S TIRE CENTER

Purchased top brand 4 tires/warranty (app. $600.00). At that time was required to have major suspension work performed to validate warranty, two trips and near $800. One year + , Vehicle had not accumulated enough mileage to warrant additional front end work, again, unless additional front end/suspension work for app. $750.00, they would not pass annual inspection, I had to pay the $12.00 inspection fee. They claimed a tire lug nut was broken, that prevented the and quot;freeand quot; tire rotation I had paid for under the original warranty. Not one of my tires had ever been dismounted since Greg's mounted all 4 tires, at the time of purchase. I explained to them this was all and quot;questionableand quot;, I would have to wait weeks before financially able to pay for the repairs they claimed were necessary. The bid included a charge to fix the lug nut, (they obviously stripped), they would not fix it while I was there, I was told it would ALL be done when I and quot;came backand quot;. Had I a flat tire in the interim, roadside assistance would be useless. Needless to say, several other shops inspected and passed. Several people have shared similar experiences as well. My vehicle is garaged 95% of the time and without saying anymore, very dissatisfied considering all the circumstances.

They replaced a Michelin tire. The tire was less than 3 months old and I did not purchase a road hazzard/warranty on the tire (my bad!!). The tire blew out from the sidewall so was not covered under the Michelin warranty either. Anyway, they called Michelin and pleaded my case and got Michelin to give me a credit of $138 towards a new tire, ordered it and installed it. I have been dealing with Greg's Tire for over 10 years now and will only purchase tires there. They are always professional, on-time and even fit me in with short notice on several occasions (once even to fix a flat on my bass boat trailer). Sounds funny but they feel like family to me and treat everyone that way. They are TOP NOTCH - even filled the tire with Nitrogen. I completely trust them and am confident they will do everything they can to keep customers satisfied. They have proven this to me time and time again. Thank you Greg's Tires on Noland Road!!

I was there about 30 minutes. So curteous and friendly. Quick service and they stood behind the warranty.

They are excellent. They are efficient, honest, and professional. We really like them. We have had four cars over the years and all our cars go to them. All my family’s cars also go to them. We are regular customers and the last time I took my car there, they did the service for free. They even arrange for a pick-up and drop if I need to leave my car there.
