House Cleaning
They called a half hour after their appointment time to say they were going to be another half hour, and then ended up showing up 90 minutes late. They sent a crew of 2 that stayed for about an hour on what was a contracted four-hour cleaning job.

"we schedule appointments with a 2 hour time window ,on a 1:00 appointment we have an arrival time of between 12:00 to 2:00 this is explained to the costumer at the time the appointment is scheduled . do to unforeseen reason we were 30 minute late out side that window customer was call and explained what had happened and they were OK with it at that time . we were contracted for up to 4 man hours of house cleaning , which is 2 cleaners for 2 hours . our team was on site for 1 hour 45 minutes (customer not present for most of it) house was very cluttered and hoarder like conditions, the team cleaned what they could ,they notified the office of the conditions and sent pictures. the customer called groupon and got a full refund before contacting our office"
