Jay communicated well throughout the process, informing us of progress and when/if he needed decisions to be made by us. Jay completed demolition quickly and kept the area clean. When confronted with some problems because it is an older home, Jay quickly brainstormed on easy, efficient fixes. Jay listened to feedback and addressed any questions we had quickly. He is trustworthy and professional.
