The service was excellent. He solved our problem. They were courteous and they ran into a mess. But they were very meticulous in the way they cleaned up.

I HIRED GARY BECAUSE HIS LISTING WAS "A" AND HE WORKED OUT OF INDEPENDENT INSTEAD OF JOHNSON COUNTY. HE WASN'T CONSIDERATE OF MY TIME SCHEDULE OR MY POSSESSIONS. HE DIDN'T SEEM ANY MORE CONSIDERATE OF HIS WORKERS, I FELT SORRY FOR THE GUYS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WORK CHAIN.

HE WAS PROMPT IN COMING TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE HAS A CELL PHONE AND ANSWERS CALLS PROMPTLY. THE MATERIAL COSTS WERE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE.
