The deal was that Wayne Francis, the owner of Francis Construction Company -- his father and I worked for 30 years at General Motors, and his dad was just a really fine person in my opinion. When we bought the property and went to build, I thought if he's anything like his dad then we don't have anything to worry about. He settled with me before we went to court. He said he has never been sued before. One time when he was still working at our house, he had a deal with another place where he could go over there and bill some stuff for a corporation in the industrial case. He just dropped us right there and took off and went to that project, and then came back, which delayed the construction on our house by 2-3 weeks. We had already sold our previous house so we had to rent the house that we did own back from the buyer for a month because we couldn't move in to this one because he didn't get it finished.
