Luke called me and told me that he would be coming out on Thursday to get the house prepped and to start doing something with the wood rot that day. He followed up with me that night asking what I thought and my opinions. I thought it looked great!! They came on Friday and had a whole crew all assigned to their particular area. The house was completed finished by that afternoon (4:00) and it looks great! I would highly recommend them to any one: First Pace Painting.

Luke Pace came out promptly to give me a bid on the job. He was also prompt about returning any phone calls. The team working on my house were polite, showed up when they said they would, did a fairly meticulous job, cleaned up after themselves, and generally were very helpful and responsive. Finished the job in one very hot week. Luke does not take a down payment -- asks for payment only when they are finished and you are satisfied w/their work. A couple of weeks after I had paid, I noticed something they'd missed, and they were out the same week to fix it. I was very pleased and would highly recommend 1st Pace Painting.

They went out of their way to do a good job. They always pay attention to details. They went the extra mile. I am happy with their services. They are excellent.
