We would not recommend doing business with Evolve Building Concepts, LLC. We have been unsuccessful in getting our down payment back from Jason Colvin, and Evolve Building Concepts, LLC of Independence, Mo. Evolve Building Concepts and Jason Colvin never delivered materials, never performed any work or repaired our roof as a result of the April 3, 2011 Overland Park. Two formal complaints were filed with Johnson County District Attorney, Consumer Affairs Division (Case #: 12-154) and we were awarded a default judgment by the courts in July 2012 against Jason Colvin and Evolve Building Concepts, LLC. The case has been turned over to Collections. Beware of this contractor, Evolve Building Concepts, LLC and Jason Lane Colvin.
