Duncan Properties & Repair LLC

I saw a sign in my sisters neighbors yard for this company. I spoke with Maria and she used him to repaint all most the whole inside of her house. Said he was a clean worker and got it all done ahead of schedule. I called and Darren Duncan answered. He is the owner. We spoke for about twenty minutes on what I was looking for. He actually was able to come to my house the next morning. He was on time and a very nice young man. We walked through the bathroom and I gave him some ideas. He had a computer thingy and started showing me other jobs he had done and then some choices in vanity and faucets. I found one I liked immediately. And I found the faucets. I did n t have any of the tile left for the floor so I originally thought I would have to replace it all. I really like the flooring and was explaining how my late husband had installed it for me as a surprise. Darren told me he thinks he can match it. I was overjoyed. He did some measuring and took notes. I already knew what color I wanted and gave him the swab.He said he would look around and get back to me. Well he called the next afternoon and said he had some stuff for me to look at and several quotes. I was amazed that he was already ready to show me stuff. He came over later that night with a lot of pieces of tile, several tile backsplash and faucets and shower heads. We first went through all the tile for the bathroom and one of them almost matched perfectly. A little more gray but he showed me the backsplash that he said would tie it together. He showed me quotes of different work he could do in there for me also. I needed to think about it and call my brother to see if it was a good price. Anyway I called him back the next week and he started the work 2 days later. He originally said probably 3 days but it only took 2. Him and one of his workers cleared it out and started to it. I was involved the whole time. He always showed me everything He was doing before doing it. It looks so good and the floor makes me smile. Oh and he also dry cleaned my curtains. It was a surprise a nice one. Now he is going to do more work for me in the kitchen and is finishing a small room in my basement. Yes I know he has a business to run but I feel we are friends now. He said I could call him anytime for even small little things that I can't do. Yes I would recommend him to everyone. How nice it is to have a handy man. Thank you
