Called Dickinson on a Friday. Got the answering machine, left a message and they called back within a couple hours and got me on the schedule for the next week. Robert arrived at the promised time. His plan of treatment was similar to that of the other companies I got quotes from and the bid was a little less. I would really like to have used Dickinson -- they're friendly, seem knowledgeable and plus they had the best information packet -- but their next available treatment time was three weeks out. I didn't want to wait that long. Even though every estimator said not to panic, that's kind of hard once you know things are eating away at your house....

Overall very pleased with Dickinson Pest Control. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They may not be the cheapest in town (I didn't bother checking), but they are probably the best!

They are locally owned and very straight forward about what they can and can't do and I like that. They are reliable and always seem to be there when you call when you find anything. They come out and take care of what ever you need when you call. I think they are very fair. I really don't have any issues or complaints.
